February 2024 - Meeting
The program for this month was Presidio Glass and Other Artifacts by Steve Van Wormer.

- These ashtrays were retrieved from a downtown San Diego Hotel before it was demolished many years ago

- The coke and milk bottles are some from of a collection from a club member.

- These were the prizes that the auction winners got to choose from

- This bronze item, is a decorative mantel piece in the art-Nuovo style from 1910-1920

January 2024 - Meeting
The January meeting was the much anticipated “Pick of the Litter Drawing”. The first ticket drawn and only the first ticket drawn choose between all the raffle bottles on the table. After that, our regular bottle raffle prizes were drawn.

RAFFLE: Vintage working clock raffle.
Vintage working clock. 1935 model “Iconic” from the company Telechron. Restored about a year ago and it works perfectly. A retail value maybe $150-200 six tickets for $5
Restored and donated By Paul Dragos.

Los Angeles Historical Bottle Club Show - September 2023
A large contingent of San Diego bottle collectors and sellers enjoyed a great bottle show hosted by the Los Angeles Historical Bottle Club

September Meeting (Ice Cream Social)- 2023
September’s meeting event was a Ice Cream Social. It was good to see everyone after the 2 month summer break.
During the meeting we played Bottle Bingo and it was a lot of fun with loads of prizes.

Summer Party - 2023
Laura & Tim Schweighart graciously hosted our Summer Party at their beautiful home. Tim BBQed Tri Tip and Chicken and the members brought side dishes and desserts. With great food, wonderful conversations, for sale tables, and many raffle items, A great time was had by all.

1934 vintage Philco radio. The radio was raffled off at the June meeting. Congratulations to Robert Harman for winning this beautiful radio and thank you to Paul Dragos for the donation of the radio to the club which raised over $300.
